Job Description

· 12 month Contract Position
· Familiar with the Education Industry.
· Able to communicate well in both English and Korean.
· Able to relate well with students and parents.
· Independent and self-reliant.

· Sales oriented and never say die attitude.
· Sales background from other industries are also welcome.

· Responsible for recruiting students throughout South-Korea for Undergraduate & Postgraduate programs
· Responsible for planning and implementing marketing initiatives for student recruitment to ensure necessary pipeline of leads
· Responsible for effectively planning and conducting road shows, fairs, exhibitions, mailers and other marketing activities. 
· Track effectiveness of various initiatives and proactively suggest new initiatives to management
· Actively liaise and network with relevant agencies and institutions within xxx to ensure creation of awareness about S P Jain brand
· Maintain and update a robust database of leads, prospective students and evaluation related information
· Coordinate for administration of admission tests, aptitude test, personal interviews and other evaluation related information
· Monitor performance of external stakeholders and assist the external stakeholders in counselling prospective students, evaluation and enrollment process

Salary negotiable (base pay + commission on student enrollments)
