PRE SALES CONSULTANT

Job Description

The role requires significant interaction with clients, which maybe face-to-face or over the telephone. And

primary focus being leadgeneration for new client by cold calling , referrals or emails 

account management for existingset of clients generating new sales opportunities          focus on turn key projectsincluding complete IT infrastructure including structure

cabling , IP / Analog Telephony, CCTV , Access Control system , Wireless , Servers along with managed servicesand AMC contracts         understanding customers’diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet thoseneeds;         Cold-calling in order to createinterest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrangemeetings.

1. Maintaining and developing relationships withexisting customers;
2. Searching for new clients who might benefitfrom company products and maximizing clients;
3. making accurate, rapid cost calculations andproviding customers with quotations, negotiating the terms of an agreement andclosing sales, reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceedtargets;

5. Replying to customers following requests forinformation  and proposal requests.

6. Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of thesales team.

7.Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.

8.Producing detailed costing for customers and enduring the contract isprofitable.
9. Coordinate between customers and logisticsteam to finish delivery smoothly;
10. Good at Office software (excel, word, power point) 

Background of the Pre Sales Consultant

Previous experience working within atechnical pre sales position.

·        – Must be subject matter expert withextensive software systems experience.

·         –An ability to communicate technicalinformation to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.

·         –Previous experience working for acompetitor in a similar position would be a strong advantage.
