Job Description

Asthe General Manager of an Automotive Group, you will ensure the profitabilityof the dealership by overseeing the various Departments which include Sales(Vehicles) & Marketing, Parts and Service as well as and the businessoffice (Accounting & Administration). Furthermore, you will be responsible forplanning, motivating and coordinating the dealership’s overall managementthrough astute leadership and solid business practices.

Developstrategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities;presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.

Manageand grow the business by establishing plans, budgets and results measurements;allocating resources; reviewing progress; making adjustments.

Coordinateefforts to ensure procedures and policies for industry best practice for allDepartments are established.

Buildscompany image by collaborating with customers and employees; enforcing ethicalbusiness practices.

Increasesmanagement’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training,coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values,strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring,and appraising job results; developing incentives; providing educationalopportunities.
